What are Phobias?
The dictionary definition is an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something.
In reality it's just plain scary with a bucket load of anxiety to add to the mix.
How phobias form?

Phobias form through an experience, which is seen or heard or both and combines with a feeling or emotion (normally fear, surprise). When 2 or more senses combine (called synesthesia) it galvanises the often, traumatic event. Thereafter, the natural course of the phobia is to reinforce itself by pointing out examples of potential harm, all done subconsciously.

It comprises of techniques to dissociate from any associated anxiety around the phobia, recognising where the phobia originates and ultimately dissociate the synesthesia so the of the phobia are dramatically reduced and become phobia free.
Phobia Free 1-2-1 Coaching

These three 1-2-1 coaching sessions (delivered in person or via zoom) are designed to allow you to be phobia free with my personal coaching. The sessions utilise NLP techniques, clean language and coaching to find the origins of the phobia, dissociate any associated anxiety and ultimately dissociate the synesthesia so the of the phobia are dramatically reduced and become phobia free.
