How we can help...
ASK Ash Coaching uses NLP, Hypnotherapy and Walking therapy to understand the root cause of any anxiety or stress, so we can tackle the source and not just the symptoms.
We're not born with anxiety or stress, we pick it up as we grow up. Treating the root cause and working through these techniques will allow self discovery leading to self development by strengthening your mental health. All conducted in a safe and non-judgemental space.
Here are few examples of some of the techniques we use to overcome anxiety and stress. Each session(s) are bespoke to the individual.
Anxiety Model
-
This Model allows us to explore the current coping mechanisms and adjust/alter them so that they are more robust and for any future situation where anxiety may be present.
Timeline Therapy
-
This Therapy looks at the past, present and future. To establish root causes, symptoms and emotional responses. It is a dissociated technique designed to view the timeline from a far, so there is no direct association with any past struggles.
Submodalities
-
Modalities are our senses, visual (sight), auditory (hearing), kinaesthetic (touch), olfactory (smell) and gustatory (taste). Our minds like to file things in familiar places, so sometimes there will be sensations combined with a feeling and/or memories, e.g. the smell of fish and chips, give a warm, fuzzy feeling inside and memory of the seaside.
-
These senses can be utilised to create safe zones and where the stress or anxiety can be met and dealt with before it snowballs.
